MOCK TRIAL WEEK
[Constantine Kermit the Frog has revealed his true motives for bringing you all here. What was once a warm and welcoming house has now become your prison, encased in five feet of snow. If it's any comfort, be glad that the heater and electricity still seem to be working. For now. Perhaps searching for an escape route would be in your best interests.
Let's just hope no one gets stir crazy and tries to kill someone else, hm?]
[MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY]
((ooc: this is the week log for the mock trial! tuesday-onwards is locked until the motive is posted. on friday, an investigation log will be posted, and a trial will commence on saturday (in-game friday). backtagging is encouraged! have fun!))

WEDNESDAY
Re: WEDNESDAY
But Lew didn't mind about them. He wasn't really fond on the other Muppets, not because he didn't like them but because they weren't people he liked a lot. That sentence made sense in Lew's mind. He was too good for them. His boomerang fish act was better than anything they could offer.
The only exception to all this, was, of course, The Swedish Chef. What a great man, the only one among the Muppets who was on Lew's level. A true equal. Lew lived without worries because he knew one absolute truth about himself: He loved two things, and they were fish and power.
But looking back... Looking back maybe, maybe he loved Chef too. He was too busy to realize it. And now it was too late.]
Gone.
He is gone. Gone forever. For what? Some sick amusement?
[Lew didn't cry. He was awfully serious for a clown, but he didn't cry.]
If we don't find out who did this everyone in here will be guilty.

[Awkward shoulder pat. Chaotic gay solidarity right here.]

OH
I wasn't paying attention.
[...
which one was Wilkins again]
I just have a lot of stuff in my head right now.
[OK, almost sure that wasn't the frog's name. Almost.]

Just watch out for another murder happening and a hellspawn who's obsessed with coffee and you should be fine and dandy.
[Beaker Jr. barks in agreement. The puppy's still here-]

She's cautious enough to peek out into the hallway before stepping out, just in case that weird coffee-obsessed murderer is lurking anywhere. Once she's confident she's safe, she heads down to the kitchen to make herself some tea.
After her tea is done she heads to the living room with her tea cup to curl up in a chair with a book and try to pretend that yesterday never happened.]

Monty pops his head out, legs bunched up by his body. When he sees her, he seems to relax a little.]
Is the coast clear?
[She's not the only one on edge from the Wilkins™ incident.]
no subject
As far as I can tell, yeah. [She pauses] Have you been in there all night?
no subject
...Yeah.
[He looks kind of embarrassed. He's not yellow-bellied or anything...]
no subject
It's okay. I'm scared, too.
[She holds out a hand to him]
I'm Sarah. I'm [... she doesn't want to call him a friend, but what else does she call Jareth? uuuhhh] I know the Goblin King, Jareth.
no subject
Monty. Mad Monty.
[When she says she knows Jareth, he seems to brighten up a bit.]
How do you know the King?
no subject
[ooohh how should she put this...]
He, uh, kidnapped my brother and was going to keep him and turn him into a goblin. I had to solve his Labyrinth to get my brother back...
[and, you know, he tried to kill all her friends and get her to stay with him forever and ever and is kind of a creeper like that... I mean what?]
no subject
I knew he was a great man...
no subject
Um... Do you want to come out to the living room with me? It'd be more comfortable than the cupboard.
no subject
...Mind helping me down?
no subject
Sure! Come on, I'll give you a hand.
[She'll gently pick him up and set him on the floor]
no subject
Safely down on the floor, he doesn't quite look at her when he speaks.]
...Thank you.
no subject
You're welcome. Would you like some tea or something?
